About Tower Components, Inc.

Founded in 1990, Tower Components, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Evapco, Inc. with manufacturing operations in Ramseur, North Carolina. We produce components for cooling towers and heat exchangers and our products are found in the electric power, heavy manufacturing, petrochemical, food processing, and HVAC industries. Our customers are engineers, manufacturers, and mechanical contractors. While the majority of our market share is in the United States, we sell our products worldwide with installations in the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, Australia, Europe, and Canada. 

Through years of research, development, and field performance testing, Tower Components' products have proven to be the best in the industry. We manufacture products for all cooling towers, from factory-built packaged towers to large field-erected units. Tower Components’ film fills, splash fills and drift eliminator products are among the most efficient in the industry. Our product lines include Opti-Pac film fills, Opti-Cel, and Opti-Wave drift eliminators, and our Opti-Grid and Opti-Bar splash fills. Our flagship product, Opti-Bar is one of the most efficient splash fills available in the cooling industry today. For durability, all of our film fill and drift eliminator products are solvent-welded (glued) and not mechanically assembled (snap-together style.)
